2. Five levels of courses

Complete the courses in order starting with Level 1 and work your way up to Level 5. There is a course outline and accompanying workbook for each course.

3. Deep probing questions

Each course is designed to ask you deep, probing questions to help you identify your limiting beliefs. Take your time working through each course and don’t rush to answer the questions.

4. Self-discovery pace
